  Dothan, AL--Cleo Hayes Pearman, 84, of Dothan, AL, formerly of Tifton, died 
Monday, Nov. 17, 2008 at Wesley Manor Nursing Home in Dothan. 
  Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Bowen 
Donaldson Home for Funerals with burial to follow at Oakridge Cemetery. 
  Mrs. Pearman was born Aug. 31, 1923 in Berrien County.  On April 18, 1942, 
she married John Bruce "J.B." Pearman. After WWII, they moved to Columbus, 
following her husband's death in 1976, she moved to Dothan to be near her 
grandchildren. 
  In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, John 
Dewey and Libby Lee Hall Hayes; two brothers and three sisters-in-law, Dewey 
Olan "Shorty" Hayes and his wife, Genie, George Hayes, Juanita Browning Hayes 
and Juanita Hayes; a niece, Carolyn Hayes Brogdon; and a nephew, Johnny Hayes.
  She is survived by her son, Danny G. Pearman of Dothan, AL; daughter and son-
in-law, Darlene and Jim Day of Fort Walton Beach, FL; two brothers, John A. 
Hayes of Tifton and Tommy D. Hayes of Tallahassee, FL and three grandchildren 
and their spouses, Laura and Patrick Lucy of Atlanta, Crystal and Trent Johnson 
of Dothan, AL and Joe and Lyndsey Day of Portland, OR.
  Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals is in charge of arrangements.
