 Ruby Ray Harris Pearson, 74, of Ashburn died May 27, 2004 at her residence.

 Born June 9, 1929 in Blue Ridge, VA to the late Tom and Easter Nelson Ray, she 
was a homemaker and member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in 
death by her first husband, James Daniel Harris.

 Survivors include her husband, Frank Pearson of Ashburn; two sons, Ricky 
Harris of Ashburn and James Harris of Irwin Co; four daughters, Mildred 
Marjorie Mobley of Brookfield, Mary Frances Harris of Omega, Joyce Warren of 
Nashville, Mayo Stephens of Lenox; one sister, Mary Wood of West Berrien; 17 
grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, one great-grandchild.

 Funeral services were held May 30 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Bowen-Donaldson 
Home for Funerals with the Revs. Mike McPherson, Mark Swain and A.D. Connell 
officiating.

 Interment was in Lawrence Cemetery.

 Grandsons served as pallbearers.

 Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals was in charge of arrangements.
