He was 68 years old. Mr. Pearson was born in Putnam County and was the son of the late Mr./Mrs. Henry Pearson of Atlanta. He and his family moved to Nashville 10 (? or 16) years ago. In 1897 he was married to the former Dora Allen Lawson by whom he is survived. He was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral Services wer held Sunday at 3 o'clock at the Baptist Church Rev. A.H. Giddens conducted the services and Rev. Royall Callaway assised. The church choir had charge of the song service and the Giddens Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements. Pall-bearers wer Ben Avera, John Mathis, J.R. Rutherford, John Copper, N.H. Harper and Tom Hayes. Survivors include his wife, eight sons, two daughers and three sisters. O.C. Pearson of Bergenfield, N.J., A.R. Pearson of Jacksonville, Fla., H.E.
