 Cecil H. Powers, 67, of Nashville died Nov. 21, 2003, at his residence. 
 Born October 10, 1936 in Duval County, FL to the late Howard Lang and Lillie 
Ruth Taylor Powers, he had lived in Berrien County many years.
 Survivors include his wife, Nancy Cooper Powers of Nashville, two sons, 
Christopher Powers of Lebanon, IN and Michael Spivey of Jacksonville, FL; four 
daughters, Lajuana Hart of Nashville, Sonya Pilcher and Cassie Holmes, both of 
Adel, Kitrina Giddens of Willacoochee; two step-sons, Robby Hough and Mark 
Hough, both of Nashville; one step-daughter, Kathy Zimmerman of Pensacola, FL; 
one brother, Robert Powers of Adel; two sisters, Pat Morrell of Alapaha and 
Carolyn Jones of Nashville; 26 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
 Funeral service will be held Nov. 23 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Boone-Lipsey 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Vaughn officiating. Burial will be in Long 
Bridge Cemetery in Berrien County. The family will receive friends from 6-9 
p.m. today at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home, Hwy. 41 South, Adel.
  Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
