 John Edwin “Ed” Prickett, 79, of Nashville died May 28, 2012, at his residence.
 Born August 1, 1932, in Miami, FL to the late Charles Bohler and Estelle Lee 
Moore Prickett, he was a former employee with Nashville Mills and the City of 
Nashville. He attended Nashville Church of God and was a U.S. Army veteran of 
the Korean War. He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert David “Bobby”
Prickett.
 Survivors include his daughter, Cathy (Alan) Harper of Nashville; sons, William 
Prickett.
 Survivors include his daughter, Cathy (Alan) Harper of Nashville; sons, 
William “Billy” Prickett and Mike Prickett, both of Nashville; sister, Sarah 
Prickett of Longmont, CO; first and mother of his children, Nell Prickett of 
Nashville; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services held May 31 at 4 p.m. at Nashville Church of God with Rev. Scott
W
Scott Walker and Mr. Mark Stone officiating.
 Interment followed at Nashville Memorial Gardens.
 Pallbearers were Charlie Hutchinson, Johnny Clements, Steve Harper, Scott Clant
Clanton, Andy Thomas, Chuck Moore.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
