 Willie Lee Railey, 81, of Alapaha, died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at her 
residence. Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Mt. 
Paron Cemetery. The Rev. Garvie Nichols Jr. will officiate. Visitation is after 
2 p.m. Friday with the family receiving friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at 
Lovein Funeral Home. 

Mrs. Railey was born on July 2, 1924, in Berrien County. She was the daughter 
of Charlie James Brogdon and Ruby Margaret Childs, both deceased. She was the 
widow of Willie Railey, who died in 2003. She was also preceded in death by 
three sisters, Mary Alice Pevy, Pauline McKuhen and Vicki Selph. She was a 
homemaker. 

Mrs. Railey is survived by two sons, Larry Railey of Enigma and Stanley Railey 
of Alapaha; two sisters, Dorothy Railey of Martinez and Erma Davis of Alapaha; 
four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. 

 Pallbearers were James Railey, Chad Vickers, Dewayne Steverson, Junior Heath, 
Jerry Metts, William Brogdon.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
