Austin Richardson 
ALAPAHA — Austin Richardson, 74, of Alapaha, died Friday, Sept. 23, 2005, at 
Dorminy Medical Center in Fitzgerald. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. 
Sunday at the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Vickers 
Cemetery. The Rev. Mickey Lindsey and the Rev. Leroy Spivey will officiate. 
Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Saturday with the family receiving friends 
from 7 to 9 p.m. at Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville. 
Mr. Richardson was born on July 16, 1931, in Cook County. He was the son of 
William Griggs Richardson and Mattie Bell Pafford Richardson, both deceased. 
He was also preceded in death by a grandchild. He was a retired truck driver 
and of the Baptist faith. 
Mr. Richardson is survived by his wife, Lucille Prescott Richardson of 
Alapaha; three sons, Tony Richardson of Fitzgerald, Dennis Richardson of 
Alapaha and Allen Richardson of Nashville; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-
grandchildren. 
Lovein Funeral Home in Nashville is in charge of arrangements
