Matthew Charles "Matt" Rogers, 21, of West Berrien Community, died Sunday, Aug. 
8, 2004, at Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. He was born on July 20, 
1983, in Tift County to Charles Donald Rogers and Sandra Evelyn Hobbs. He was a 
farmer.

He is survived by his father and mother, Charles and Sandra Rogers of West 
Berrien; three sisters, Mandy Luke and Kaycee Whitley of West Berrien, and 
Angie Rice of Augusta; and his paternal grandmother, Mattie Rogers of West 
Berrien.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2004 at 11 a.m. in the chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home. Interment will be at Oakey Grove Cemetery. Visitation 
is tonight, with the family receiving friends from 7 - 9 p.m. -- Lovein Funeral 
Home, Nashville.
