She was born February 25, 1944 in Colquitt County to the late Ellis Franklin and Mattie Mae Asbell Dell. She was a homemaker and had been employed with Glasstream Glasstream Boats as a seamstress. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded i in death by four sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Donald Roland of Nashville; three daughters, Nicole Roland, and special friend, Tasha Smith both of Omega; Dianne (Mack) McCoy of Moultrie, and Vickie Roland of Nashville; four sons, Andy Roland of Nashville, Edward (Sarah) Miller of Atlanta, Wayne (Becky) Roland of Ray City, and Jamey Miller of Moultrie; two sisters, Theresa Dell and Maxine Watson both of Moultrie; brother, Richard (Maxine) Dell of Moultrie; 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held September 27 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Kicklighter officiating. Interment followed at Mt. Paron Cemetery.
