 Hayward Willis Roland, 78, of Nashville died Tuesday, September 29,2015, at 
Berrien Nursing Center.
 He was born December 4, 1936, in Berrien County to the late Barney and Willie 
Mae Giddens Roland. He was a heavy equipment mechanic for Reames Construction.
 He is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Duane) Weiss of Neptune Beach, FL; son, 
Doug (Anna) Roland of Nashville; stepdaughter, Teresa Giddens; two stepsons, 
Jeff and David Royals; brother, Raymond Roland of Nashville; six grandchildren; 
six step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; eight step-great-
grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
 A graveside funeral service was held on Friday, October 2 at 11 a.m. at Poplar 
Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Aaron Clanton officiating.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
