The Berrien Press - April 2005
 Toy Luke Rowan of Valdosta died April 13, 2005 at her residence.

 Born in Berrien Co. to the late William E. and Vera Hancock Luke, she was co-
owner of Rowan Meats and was of the Baptist faith. She was married to the late 
Julius Rowan. 

 Survivors include one sister, Doris McMillan of Colombia, SC; two brothers, 
Vinson Luke and Henry (Tootie) Luke, both of Nashville; five grandchildren, 
three great grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held April 15 at 2 p.m. in Riverview Memorial Gardens 
Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Rick Williams officiating.

 Entombment followed after the service.

 Carson McLane Funeral Home of Valdosta was in charge of arrangements.
