Born June 15, 1940, in Atkinson County to Willie Mae McNatt Joiner of Willacoochee and the late Jeff Joiner, she was a homemaker and member of Willacoochee Holiness Baptist Church. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include her husband, the Rev. Edgar Rowe of Nashville; three daughters, Teresa (Huey) Hancock, Nashville, Terry (Dan) Spell, Ocilla, Marsha Fletcher, Nashville; son, Jimmy Rowe, Wetherford, TX; three sisters, Daisy Chaney, Ocilla, Linda Knowles, Willacoochee, Katherine Mizell, Atkinson; three brothers, Leroy Joiner, Bobby Joiner, Glynn Joiner all of Willacoochee; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Nov. 6 in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Revs. Russell Joiner, H.P. Murray and David Rowe officiating. Jimmy Rowe and the Barnes Sisters provided music including "Gone," "I Want Us to Be Together in Heaven," and "Glad Reunion Day." Interment was in Willacoochee City Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Jimmy Clayton, Zack Clayton, Jonathan Rowe, Keith Joiner, Kenny Rowe, Danny Rowe. Ministers of the Holiness Baptist Church served as honorary pallbearers. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
