Aged Citizen of Alapaha Passes
	Mr. James Rowe, aged about seventy years passed to his reward Sunday night 
at his home near Alapaha, Georgia after an extended illness covering several 
weeks.  He leaves a widow and several sons and daughters, all grown, and one 
brother, Mr. William Rowe, who is now the only living member of the family of 
their father who was James Rowe, Sr.  Interment took place at the Rowe graveyard 
five miles east of Alapaha, Monday afternoon.
