 Billy Rutherford, 53, of Crystal Springs, FL died March 31, 2004 at his 
residence.

 Born July 30, 1950 in Berrien County to Annie Irene Jones Rutherford of 
Nashville and the late Red Rutherford, he was a carpet installer.

 Survivors, in addition to his mother, include three sisters, Evelyn Baldree, 
Marie Hughes and Virginia Rutherford, all of Nashville; two brothers, James 
Rutherford of Nashville and June Rutherford of Crawfordville.

 A graveside committal service was held April 17 at Vickers Cemetery.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
