 James Thomas "Tommy" Samples, 40, of Nashville died August 25, 2005 in 
Montgomery County.

 Born November 11, 1956 in Cherokee County, AL to M.C. Albert Samples of 
Nashville and the late Mamie Ruth Edgeworth Samples, he was a metal fabricator 
with Weaver and Son Contracting Co.

 Survivors, in addition to this father, include his wife, Carol Ann Gieb 
Samples of Nashville; one son, Travis Lee Samples of Nashville; two sisters, 
Karen Irene Baldree of Tifton and Linda Jean Holcombe of Piedmont, AL; three 
brothers, Jeffery Allen Samples of Nashville, Wendell Samples of Adel, Albert 
Eugene Samples of Gaskins, AL.

 Funeral services were held August 29 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Revs. Jimmie Hinson and Thomas Matthews officiating.

 Interment was in Westview Cemetery.

 Pallbearers were Robbie Baldree, Charlie Baldree, Robert Edgeworth, Johnny 
Baldree, Eugene Jackson, Joe Kilpatrick.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
