 Sallie Mae Cockrell Sanderson, 88, of Nashville died May 3, 2005 at Berrien 
County Hospital.

 Born April 4, 1917 in Mississippi to the late Henry and Hattie Cockrell, she 
was a homemaker and was married to the late Cecil Sanderson.

 Survivors include one son, Jimmy Sanderson of Alapaha; four daughters, Wilma 
Dopson of McCrae, Charlene Bonner of Albany, Peggy Andrews and Shirley Trowell, 
both of Nashville; one brother, Clifton Cockrell of Mississippi; one sister, 
Clara Clouse of Mississippi; 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, one 
great-great-grandson.

 A graveside service was held May 5 at 11 a.m. at Block House Baptist Church 
Cemetery in Jacksonville, GA with Rev. Mickey T. Lindsey officiating.

 Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funeral was in charge of arrangements.
