 NASHVILLE -- Reuben C. Scruggs, 67, of Nashville, died on Monday, Feb. 24, 
2003, at his residence.
 He was born on June 25, 1935 in Ben Hill Co. to Charles and Ina Hawks Scruggs.
 He was a former tax commissioner for Berrien County and retired sales 
representative with Woodmen of The World and a Jehovah Witness.
 He is survived by one daughter, Brenda Morgan of Ray City; two songs, Robert 
Scruggs, Nashville, Clint Scruggs, Adel; six grandchildren and one sister, Jan 
Rowe, Naylor.
 Graveside funeral service will be held at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 26 in 
Westview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon until the funeral hour 
Wednesday.
