 Nancy Story Shiflett, 79, of Adel died March 3, 2005 at Langdale Place, 
Valdosta.

 She was born November 21, 1925 in Berrien County to the late Jeff Stokes and 
Hattie Baldwin Story. She was married to the late Charles Edgar Shiflett.

 Survivors include two sons, Ed Shiflett of Adel and Steven Shiflett of Saco, 
Maine; daughter, Susan Hayes of Adel; four grandchildren, two great-
grandchildren.

 A graveside service was held March 5 at 11 a.m. at Old City Cemetery, 
Nashville, with Rev. Doug Walker officiating.

 Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
