Minnie Dillard Sizemore, 46, wife of George Sizemore, died at Little- Griffin Hospital in Valdosta at six o’clock Tuesday morning following a sudden illness. She was born in Tift County the daughter of Jim Dillard, deceased, and Mrs. Dillard, of Enigma. Besides her mother and husband, she is survived by three sons, Carl, Wesley, and Albert Sizemore of Nashville, five daughters, Mrs. Levy Gray, Nashville, and Mrs. Albert Gray of Willacoochee, Ruth, Jewel, and Aileene Sizemore of Nashville, five brothers, Bill Dillard, Ocilla, Jim Dillard, Fitzgerald, Jack Dillard, Lenox, and John Dillard of Enigma, three sisters, Mrs. W.H. Baker, Miami, Fla., Mrs. Jake Walker, Fitzgerald, and Mrs. Rosa Lee Blanchard of Lakeland, and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Church of God at four o’clock Wednesday afternoon, under the direction of Rev. M.S. Mitchell, pastor. A selected choir sang “Precious Memories.” Active pallbearers were, Bill, Jim, John, Charlie, and Jack Dillard, and Jake Walker. Burial was in Long Bridge Cemetery. Lovein Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
