 Curtis Skinner, 75, of Ray City, died March 4, 2007 at his residence.
 Born January 27, 1932 in Jacksonville, FL, he was the son of the late Talley 
and Minnie Skinner. He was a security guard and veteran of the United States 
Air Force and was of the Baptist. He was married to the late Nan Sue Skinner.
 Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald and Linda Skinner of 
Cartersville, Ronnie and Sandy Skinner and Curt and Martha Skinner, all of 
Nashville, and Dennis and Hope Skinner of Tifton; three daughters and sons-in-
law, Kathy and Billy Barker of Valdosta, Donna and Tim Youmans and Marsha 
Rollins, all of Nashville; his ex wife and best friend, Doris Rowe of Ray City; 
14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two 
sisters, Helen Gaskins and Thelma Skinner and brother, T.L. Skinner.
 A graveside service was held March 6 at 2 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery in Adel 
with Rev. Robert Skinner officiating.
 Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
