 Jeffrie Smith, 80, of Sylvester, formerly of Nashville, died May 4, 2005 at 
her residence.

 Born July 1, 1924 in Atkinson County to the late Jeff and Elizabeth Harrell 
Metts, she was a homemaker and attended New Life Tabernacle in Sylvester. She 
was married to the late Lawton Lister and the late E. D. Smith.

 Survivors include two daughters, Emily Feagle of Sylvester and Marie Evans of 
Pinetta, FL; one son, Wayne Lister of Sylvester; 11 grandchildren, six step-
grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.

 A graveside service was held May 6 at 2 p.m. at Metts Cemetery with Rev. Lamar 
Ledford officiating.

 Selected family members served as pallbearers.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
