 Billy Franklin Smith, 69, died Jan. 12, 2010.
 A native of Nashville, he was a long-time resident of Baldwin, FL and a Navy v
veteran.
 Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Pat Smith; three sons and daughters-in
in-law, Jayson and Joy Smith, Justin and Rhoda Smith, Judson and Trellie Smith; 
two brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Jean Smith, Bub and Sue Smith; a si
sister, Caroline (James); six grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held Jan. 15 at 3 p.m. in Mt. Zion Baptist Church with t
the Rev. Gene Dillon officiating.
 Interment was in Deese Cemetery.
 Fraser Funeral Home of Jacksonville, FL was in charge of arrangements.
