 NASHVILLE -- Mack Harper Smith Jr., 69, of Nashville, died on Wednesday, 
March 5, 2003 at his residence.
 He was born on Oct. 15, 1933, in Irwin Co. to the late Mack Harper and Ellena 
Whitley Smith. He was the former owner/operator of Mack's Liquor Store & 
Tavern. He graduated cum laude from South Georgia College, The University of 
Georgia and Florida state University; and Army veteran; and member of 
Nashville First Baptist Church.
 He is survived by his sister and brother in law, Mary Lynn and Harold Moore 
of West Berrien.
 Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2003, in the Chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Ronnie Lawson and Dr. Clarke Harkins will 
deliver a eulogy. Burial will be held in Westview Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville.
