  Ronald A. Snipes, 45, of Rochester, NY died September 27, 2007.
  Born in Texas, he received a Bachelor of Science degree from Parks College of 
St. Louis University and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois. 
Active in youth sports, he served as a coach for t-ball in the Rochester Little 
League. An Eagle Scout, he was an assistant scoutmaster for the Cub Scouts and 
the Boy Scouts, employed by General Motors since 1995, he was recently promoted 
to Executive on Loan by GM to the Automotive Industry Action Group.
  Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Meier; children, William, age 12, 
Sophie, age 10, Elliot, 6; his parents, Nelloise and Earl Snipes of Ray City; 
sister, Laura Denise (Kevin) Wagner of Georgia; parents-in-law, Pat and Norbert 
Meier of Illinois; sister-in-law, Deborah (Kenneth) Ebel of Texas; brother-in-
law and Dr. David (Shannon) Meler of North Dakota.
  Funeral services were held Oct. 3 at St. John Lutheran Church in Rochester.
  Interment was in Guardian Angel Cemetery.
  Pixley FUneral Home of Rochester was in charge of arrangements.
