Born April 1, 1935, in Berrien County to the late Burie and Lou Ola Baker Stembridge, she was a homemaker and had worked at Neel’s and JJ’s Clothing in T Tifton as a seamstress and at Kmart in Tifton. She was a member of Tift Avenue C Church of God. She was the widow of James C. Spradley, Jr., and was preceded in d death by two sisters and three brothers. Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Gail Wilson of Nashville, Van and Jean Wilson of Lakeland and Tim and Eidie Spradley of El Paso, TX; step-daughter, Brenda Saunders of Tifton; step-son, Tony Spradley of Augu Augusta; sisters, Jan Simpson of S.C. and Audrey Blount of Tifton; eight gran grandchildren, several great grandchildren. A graveside service was held Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. at Pineview Cemetery in Tift Cou County with Rev. Ray Calvin officiating. Selected family members served as pallbearers.
