  James Willie Spray Jr., age 62 of West Berrien, died Monday, July 4, 2011 in t
the Tift Regional Medical Center.
  He was a retired E-7 US Army with 20 years service. He was a Vietnam  veteran an
and was awarded the Bronze Star for heroic combat action.
  Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie Borden of Swainsboro and Velvet M
Michelle Spray of Midville; two sons, Jared Avery Spray of the US Marine Corps a
and John Claude Adams of West Berrien; two brothers, Roy Spray of Nashville and C
Charlie Spray of Valdosta; and six grandchildren.
  The family will honor his request for cremation. A memorial service will be 
held Friday, July 8, 2011 at 7 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. 
Visitation will be just prior to the service. - Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville
