 Willie A. “Junior” Stone, Jr. of Lakeland died April 16, 2013, at his r
residence following a lengthy illness.
 He was born November 17, 1943, to the late Jencie Melissa Gaskins and Willie Alver
Alver Stone, Sr. in Berrien County. He was employed as an industrial mechanic 
at B-Way, Inc. Inc. in Homerville for 43 years before his retirement. In 
addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two grandsons, Robert 
Croft and Derek Brown and brother, Iral Stone.
 Survivors include his wife, Mary Alice Mathis Stone of Lakeland; daughters, 
Missy Stone and Prissy Brown, both of Lakeland; sons and daughter-in-law, Kenny 
Stone of Nashville, Shorty and Annette Brown and Mark Brown, all of Lakeland; 
grandchildren, Ken Stone, Chris Stone, Colby Marcatos, Macade Marcatos, Macey 
Carter, Erik Brown, Jackie Croft, Shanna Croft, Brody Brown, Lacey Brown, 
Rachel Brown, Richard Brown, Riley Brown, great-grandchildren, Jack Jack Croft,
Jacee
Jacee Croft, Dashaw Sirmans, Kyleigh Smith, Kenneth Stone III; sisters and 
brothers-in-law, Blondine and Mack Lovette, Pauline and Sam Kennedy and Mary 
Jones, all of Nashville, Margie Price of Lakeland; brothers and sister-in-law,
Tillm
Tillman Stone and Ronnie and Hazel Stone, all of Lakeland; a number of nieces and n
and nephews.
 Funeral services were held April 19 at 11 a.m. in the Lakeland Chapel of Music
Fune
Funeral Services with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery in Lakeland.
 Music Funeral Services was in charge of arrangements.
