Wreck Victim Dies in Atlanta
Col. Jeff Story Dies in Hospital in That City on Friday
	Col. Jeff S. Story, who was injured a week ago in an auto accident near 
Hahira and brought here for treatment, died on Friday evening at the Piedmont 
Hospital in Atlanta, where he was taken for further treatment.
	An operation was unavailing to save his life, his injuries begin 
exceptionally severe ones.
	The deceased moved to Nashville about ten years ago, with his brother 
Col. William Story, from Kentucky.  He has since that time practiced law at 
Nashville, where he was a prominent member of the bar and a very influential 
figure.
	Col. Story is survived by his wife, formerly Miss Hattie Baldwin, of 
Dawson, Ga., and two small children, Jeff S., Jr., and Mandy Story.  He is also 
survived by his parents and by eleven brothers and sisters, of whom the majority 
reside in Kentucky,
	Funeral plans could not be announced pending the arrival of his parents 
and other relatives from Kentucky.
