  Antonina Sullivan, 90, of Nashville, died Thursday, December 24,2015,at 
Langdale Hospice house.
 She was born May 8, 1925, in Angeles City, Philippines. She was a homemaker and 
retired nurses aid with the SGMC Berrien Campus and Cook Medical Center and was 
of the Catholic faith. She was the widow of Frank Sullivan and was also preceded 
in death by a grandson, Jake Smathers, and four brothers.
 She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Smathers of Colorado Springs, CO; two 
sons, Mark (Nancy) Sullivan and Robert Sullivan, both of Nashville; seven 
grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held on Sunday, December 27 at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of 
Lovein Funeral Home with Father Freddie Angel and Rev. Elkin Harnage 
officiating.
 Interment was in Westview Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
