The Berrien Press, Nashville, Berrien Co., GA
 Mrs. Nell Sumner, 55, of Rte. 2, died Saturday in the South Georgia Medical 
Center after a short illness.
 She was born in Cook County and had lived in Nashville most of her life where 
she was employed with Nashville Mills.
 She was a member of the Massee Baptist Church.
 She is survived by four daughters; Mrs. Carolyn Hogan of Nashville; Mrs. 
Kathy Hughes of Atlanta and Ms. Janet Sumner of West Palm Beach, FL; her 
mother and father, Fannie Mae and Elmer Hayes of Adel; four sisters, Mrs. 
Myrtice McGregor of Kissimmee, FL; Mrs. Dona Lyons of Warner Robins, GA; Mrs. 
Faye Gaskins of Nashville and Ms. Joan Hester of Valdosta; five brothers, 
Carroll and Johnny Hayes both of Adel, Donald Hayes of Demopolis, AL, Edward 
Hayes of Tifton and Charles Hayes of Nashville.
 Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Nashville Mission 
with the Rev. Fred Hesters and the Rev. Ronnie Luke officiating.
 Interment will be in the Hickory Springs Cemetery of Tift Co.
 Lovein Funeral Home of Nashville is in charge of the arrangements.
