NASHVILLE -- J. L. Sutton, 58, of Nashville died January 25, 2002 at Tift 
Regional Medical Center in Tifton.
 Born April 9, 1943 in Berrien County to the late Lora Garfield and Thelma 
Gray Sutton, he was a porter at McCranie-Griner Chevrolet.
 Survivors include his wife, Wilma Woods Sutton of Nashville; three sons, 
Michael Darrin Sutton, Jay Henry Sutton and Bradley Kevin Sutton, all of 
Nashville; six sisters, Arinda Fountain and Rosie Rowe, both of Nashville, 
Bessie Hicks of Adel, Gertrude Sutton of Tifton, Evie Mae Sutton and Dorothy 
Mae Sutton, both of Jacksonville, FL; three brothers, L. G. Sutton and Talley 
Sutton, both of Nashville, James Sutton of Sparks; three grandchildren.
 Funeral services were held January 28 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Johnny Smith officiating. Musical selections 
included "Amazing Grace" and "One Day At a Time."
 Interment was in Pine Grove Cemetery.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
