Dr. Harry Louis Sutton, 88, of Nashville died Monday January 27, 2020 at his 
residence.
He was born August 29, 1931 in Irwin County to the late James Edwin Sutton and 
the late Susie Freeman Sutton.  He was a registered Pharmacist for 63 years and 
a member of Nashville First Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by three 
brothers: James Hughlon Sutton, Lloyd Hillyer Sutton and Brantley Freeman 
Sutton.
He is survived by his wife: Bernice Hopson Sutton of Nashville; daughter: Sue 
(John) Erickson of Nashville; son: Louis (Millie) Sutton of Dublin; three 
grandchildren: Christopher Sutton of Dublin; Kimberly (Jason) Smith of Leeds, AL 
and Andrew Sutton of Greenville, SC; two great grandchildren: Zoey & Ruth Smith.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 29, 2020 at 2 PM in the Chapel 
of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Danny Ray officiating.  Interment will 
follow in Nashville Memorial Garden.  Visitation is Tuesday 6-8 PM.
