NASHVILLE -- Charles Thomas "Tommy" Tatum, 52, died Saturday, Aug. 30, 2003 at 
South Georgia Medical Center.
 He was born in Berrien County and was employed as a farm laborer. He was 
preceded in death by his parents Charles Etheridge and Lorene Bennett Tatum.
 He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Jean Gonzales of Tifton; sisters, Sue 
NeSmith of Lakeland, Marlene Thigpen, Ann Vargo and Erma Anderson of Nashville 
and Betty Cain of Hahira; brothers, Jerry Tatum of Adel, Marshall Tatum and 
Billy Tatum of Nashville.
 Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2003, at 11 a.m. at 
graveside. The Rev. Johnny Smith will officiate. burial will be at Westview 
Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2003 from 8 a.m. until the funeral 
hour at Lovein Funeral Home.
