Born April 2, 1926 in Jeff Davis County to the late Robert and Stella Lamb Clements, she was a homemaker and retired educator. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Ray City and the Berrien County Retired Educators Association. Survivors include her husband, Emory Taylor of Ray City, one son, Michael Taylor of Fernandina Beach, FL, one sister, Dorothy Neugent of Pearson; one granddaughter. Funeral services were held March 24 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Lee Graham officiating and Dot Ray giving a eulogy. Shirley Wilkerson and Steve Stalvey sang "In the Garden," "Look For Me," and "In the Sweet Bye and Bye." Interment was in Beaver Dam Cemetery. Pallbearers were Wood Mayo, Wayne Peters, Bob Weaver, Charlie Barker, Philip Akins, Rob Wiles, Don Dart, Bill Dart. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
