Born October 26, 1935, in Esom Hill to the late Henry and Annie Mae Folsom W Wheeler, she was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in d death by two sisters, Inez Sadler and I.V. Slaughter; brother, Doyle Wheeler. Survivors include her husband, Wayne Taylor of Nashville; daughter, Deborah (Omar) Pacheco of Nashville; sons, Don (Karen) Taylor of Jackson and Darryl (Maggie) Taylor of Albany; sisters, Sarah Futch of Nashville and Alice Donaldson of Nashville; brothers, Myron Wheeler and Robert Wheeler, both of Enigma; five grandchildren, Darick Taylor, Dustin Taylor, Raven Pacheco, C Celeste Gabriel Taylor, Kristi Taylor. Funeral services were held February 26 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home. Larry Warren and Henry Harnage sang “The Touch of Monny’s Hand” and and “I’ll Meet You on the Other Side of Jordan.” The George McConnell Family sang “The Last Move for Me.” Interment was in Nashville Memorial Gardens. Family members and friends served as pallbearers. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
