 Edna Thomas, 70, of Ray City died February 17, 2009 at her residence.

 She was born Aug. 8, 1938 in Berrien County to the late Cleo and Clyde Cole 
Fountain and was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by a brother, J.R. 
Sirmans and a sister, Mary Marter.

 Survivors include two daughters, Lorena Thomas Gould of Naylor and Sharon 
Pellitteri of Statesboro; one son, Richard T. "Ricky" Thomas of Bonaire; 
grandchildren (the loves of her life), Loretta Bernhardt, Stephen Johnston, 
Kristan Johnston, Amber Pellitteri, Christopher Pellitteri, and Michael Moore, 
great-grandchildren, William Jacob Bernhardt and Layla Berndhardt; sisters, 
Hattie Blankenship and Marie Fenton, both of Ray City.

 A memorial service was held at 6 p.m. on Feb. 19 in the Lakeland Chapel of 
Music Funeral Services with Bro. Hansel Paschal and Bro. Bob Dale Royals 
officiating.

 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland was in charge of arrangements.
