She was born October 14, 1949, in Berrien County to the late Charles and Ethel Estelle Yawn Bryant. She was a homemaker and had been employed with Shaw Industries in Quality Control. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry Spikes who died in 1986. She is survived by her husband, Melvin Tucker of Sparks; daughter, Pam Pelaccio of Adel; two step-sons, Terry Tucker of Adel and Chris Tucker of Hazlehurst; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Shirley McGahan of Tifton, Lori Jonas and Carol Newman, both of Riverside, CA; brother, Greene Bryant of Tifton. Funeral services will be held Dec. 21 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Revs. Larry Daughtry and Johnny Smith officiating. Mary Nell Gaskins will sing "Through It All." Songs on CD will include "We Will Understand It Better By and By," "I Can't Even Walk," "Amazing Grace," and "Go Rest High On That Mountain." Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eugene Strickland, Tommy Coker, Woodrow Hancock, Mack McGaham, Troy Bryan, John Dale Pharr, Charles Goff, Charles Taylor, Gene Sumner.
