 Carrie Mae Turner, 93, of Tifton died October 9, 2005 at Tift Health Care.

 Born November 22, 1911 in Calhoun Co., Al to the late Gus and Ollie Mae Holley 
Crossley, she was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was married to the 
late Bernard "B.T." Turner.

 Survivors include four sons, Wendell Turner of TyTy, James "Pete" Turner of 
Enigma, Rob Turner of Tifton, Earnest Turner of Omega; three daughters, Sue 
Steedley of Blackshear, Betty Harp of Tifton, Louise White Norris of Chula; 20 
grandchildren, 41 great grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren.

 Funeral services were held October 12 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Albritton-
Beaumont Funeral Directors with the Revs. Joseph Crumley and Larry Daughtry 
officiating.

 Interment was in Oakridge Cemetery.

 Active pallbearers were Chris Turner, Phil Turner, Robbie Turner, Ronald Harp, 
Jerry White.

 Honorary pallbearers were Eugene Turner, Tony Turner, Mike Turner, Greg 
Turner, Jim Turner, Michael Turner, Jason Turner, Matt Turner, Chase Turner, 
Timothy Jones, Daniel Pagaguia, David Pagaguia, Junior Pagaguia, Michael Smith, 
Matthew Smith, Stephen Harp, Josh Turner, Mitchell Turner, Jordan Turner.

 Albritton-Beaumont Funeral Directors, Tiftarea Chapel was in charge of 
arrangements.
