He was born on April 4, 1959, in Dougherty County to Arthur and Lois Smith Tu Tuttle of Nashville. He was a retired tech sergeant with the United States Air Fo Force and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Judy Wright Tuttle of S Sparks; four sons, Ronald Klinger of Providence, RL, Jonathan (Lynn) Klinger a and Robert (Wilma) Tuttle, all of Nashville, Matthew Tuttle of Sparks; three s sisters, Terri Tuttle and Debbie French, both of Nashville, Sherry Upson of V Valdosta; two brothers, Tommy Tuttle and Shane Tuttle, both of Nashville; three g grandchildren, Rebecca Klinger and Selena and Haylee Tuttle. He was preceded in d death by a sister, Jo Ann Tuttle. The family has honored his request for a cremation. A memorial service will be held Feb. 24 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. M Mickey Lindsey officiating. Music on CD will include "Go Rest High On That M Mountain" and "I'll Fly Away." Lovein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
