 Louise Tyson, 79, of West Berrien died April 7, 2009, at Memorial Hospital of 
Adel.

 Born Oct. 11, 1929, in Berrien County to the late Tots and Lizzie James 
Hancock, she was a homemaker, retired seamstress, and member of Pine Grove 
Missionary Baptist Church. She was the widow of Raleigh M. Tyson, Sr. who died 
in 1987.

 Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy and Debbie Tyson, 
Billy and Angie Tyson, Dennie and Judy Tyson, all of West Berrien; one daughter-
in-law, Carolyn; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She was 
preceded in death by a son, Raleigh M. (Bunchie) Tyson, Jr.

 The family honored her request for cremation and a private memorial service 
was held April 9 at 2 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church.

 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
