NASHVILLE -- Emma Vickers, 82, of Nashville, died Feb. 26, 1999 at Hospitality 
Health Care in Thomasville, GA. Born March 22, 1916 in Berrien Co. to Aaron 
Brogdon and Susan Harrell, she was a homemaker and member of Riverside 
Missionary Baptist Church. She was the widow of Cager Vickers Jr. who died 
Feb. 27, 1987.
 She is survived by four sons, Raymond Vickers, Hahira, M. C. Vickers, 
Picayune, Miss, Marvin Vickers, Nashville and Ivan Vickers, Lakeland; one 
sister, Nellie Hanson of Nashville; six grandchildren and eight great-
grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be held Sunday, Feb. 28, 1999 at 3 p.m. at Riverside 
Missionary Baptist Church with interment to follow in Riverside Cemetery. The 
Rev. Johnny Hendley and Rev. Fred Fred Hesters will officiate services.
 Lovein Funeral Home of Nashville.
