 Mr. Bobby Vickers, 70, of Adel died July 20, 2006, at Tift Regional Medical 
Center.
 Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Sunday at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home Chapel, 
with Rev. Ben Smith and Rev. Robert Lawrence officiating. Interment is at 
Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 7-9 
p.m. at Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home, Highway 41 South.
 Born March 19, 1936, in Berrien County, he lived most of his life in Cook 
County. A member of the Baptist faith, he was retired from the Cook County 
School System bus shop and was a farmer.
 Mr. Vickers parents, Benjamin "Ben" Vickers and Ethel Jowers Vickers, preceded 
him in death.
 Survivors are his wife, Nadine Rentz Vickers, Adel; a son and daughter-in-law, 
Ray and Tracy Vickers, Tallahassee, Fla.; daughters and son-in-law, Joni and 
Mike Huffstetler, Adel, Patricia Vickers, Jersey City, N.J.; brothers, Gene 
Vickers, Adel; seven grandchildren, Daniel McCranie, Sparks, Lee Wilkerson, 
Adel, Stephanie McCranie, Jersey City, N.J., Kelli Hufstetler, Adel, Michael 
Huffstetler, Gastonia, N.C., David Huffstetler, Jacksonville, Fla., and Presley 
Vickers, Tallahassee, Fla.
 He was preceded in death by five brothers, Vinson, Kenneth, Edison, Carroll 
and Glynwood Vickers. 
  Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
