Burial was in Oak Ridge Cememtery.
Ballbearers:  Orris Hobby, Thurman West, R. B. Delk, Earl Shannon, Paul 
Baldree and Danny Tyson. 
Honary Pallbearers: Herman Walker, John W. Walker, Gene Walker, Robby Young, 
Timothy Walker, and Terry Cox.
He was retired from Avondale Mills having worked there for forty years.
Member of First Assembly of God church of Tifton.
He was the son of John C. and Amanda Drawdy Walker, both deceased. Three 
brothers also preceded him in death.  He was the widower of Quida Walker and 
is survived by his wife Jeanelle Merritt Walker of Tifton.   
Also surviving are three daughters; Patricia (Durl) Baldree, of Lenox; Phyllis 
(Dale)Lasseter, Rhonda (Wes) Shannon, all of Tifton.  One step-daughter Wanda 
(Jack) Kent of Valdosta; one stepson Mitchell (Essie) Merritt, Pensacola, FL.
Six brothers, Ronald Walker, Henry Walker, and Carlos Walker all of Lakeland, 
FL., Wayne Walker of Jacksonville, NC., L.A. Walker of Demopolis, AL., and 
Roger Walker of Fort Carson, CO.; eight sisters, Flora Bell Rutland, Clara M. 
Mills, Jewell Hall and Virginia Young, all of Tifton. Irene Cox of Lenox, 
Dovie Holm, Ressie Walker and Sherry Powers, all of Lakeland, FL. and six 
grandsons.

Was born and grew up in Berrien Co GA.  Went to school in West Berrien.
