 Catherine Neri Warren, 91, died October 21, 2013.
 Born in Newark, NJ, she was the daughter of Italian immigrants from Mileto, 
Italy, whose first language was Italian. Her love of her family and compassion 
for others inspired her children. Catherine was married to Billy Franklin 
Warren, who predeceased her. It was his love of his family’s farm in Ray City 
that brought them here, and although at first, Catherine found country life 
difficult, but she grew to love it, and never wanted to leave. The family 
especially thanks Sister Pauline Oetgen and Sister Rebecca Campbell, and the 
Sisters of St. Joseph, for their many kindnesses to Catherine. In 2011, 
Catherine and Sister Pauline, along with Rosemarie and her family, returned to
Mileto
Mileto ,Italy, where they met the family her parents had left behind so many y
years before. That trip and the joyous reunion with the family was a wonderful t
time.
 She is survived by her son, Mark Warren of Ray City and daughter, Rosemarie 
Warren LeMoine, of Seattle, WA, and husband Norman LeMoine, of Seattle, WA, 
along with three grandchildren, Christina LeMoine of Brooklyn, NY, Gabriel LeMoine
LeMoine of Seatle, WA and Julian LeMoine of Prescott, AZ. She is also survived 
by her brother, Albert Neri, of New Jersey, and many nieces and nephews.
 Her funeral Mass will be celebrated October 23 at 11 a.m. at St. John’s Cath
Catholic Church in Valdosta.
 Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is in charge of arrangements.
