She was born July 21, 1951, in Hahira to the late Julian and Martha Calhoun Gurganious. She was a registered nurse and administrator for Amepysis Health in Douglas. She also had previously served as a nursing instructor at ABAC, past administrator for Cook Senior Citizen Living, and chief nursing officer for Berrien County Hospital for over 20 years. She was a member of Faith Chapel. She is survived by her husband, Richard Warren of Nashville; son, Bryan McGill of Nashville; step daughter, Paris Darby of Thomasville; 2 step sons, Eric Warren and Jeremy Warren both of Moultrie; sister, Debbie (Lamar) Jowers of Gainesville; daughter in law, Chrissy Dent of Ocilla; grandson, Wesley McGill; 4 step grandchildren, Daren Kent, Gage Kent, Beau Holden and Bret Holden. Funeral services were held April 19 at 4 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Bennett officiating. Interment followed at Westview Cemetery. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
