She was born April 1, 1921, in Cook County to the late J. T. and Eula Self Simpson. She was a homemaker, a member of Community United Methodist Church, and a member of the Allenville and New Lois sewing clubs. She was the widow of Burton Willie Warren who died in 1995. She is survived by a daughter, Evelyn Guy of Prattville, AL; two sons, B.W. Warren, Jr. of Baxley and Earl Warren of Nashville; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Lancaster of Valdosta. Funeral services were held on Thursday, July 2 at 11 a.m. at Community United Methodist Church with the Rev. Wayne Mitchell and Rev. Mark Swain officiating. Interment was in Pleasant Cemetery. Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
