 Danny Eugene Watkins, Sr., 50, of St. Marys died August 22, 2011 at his re
residence.
 Born August 16, 1961, in Jasper, AL, to Ora Lee Jacobs of Nashville and the l
late Howard Dale Watkins, he was employed at CBC National Bank in Fernandina B
Beach, FL.
 Survivors include son, Danny “Buddy” (Jordan) Eugene Watkins, Jr., Douglas; daught
daughter Katelyn Watkins, Hazlehurst; mother, Ora Lee Jacobs, Nashville; brothe
brothers, Phillip Watkins, Vernon, AL,  Rev. Stoney Watkins, Spartanburg, SC;
sister
sister, LaCretia LeBlanc, Tifton.
 A graveside service was held August 26 at 11 a.m. at Flat Creek Church Cemet
Cemetery with Rev. Stoney Watkins officiating.
 Pallbearers were Bobby Roberts, Jimmie Bailey, Jr., Dusty Bailey, Blaine Watk
Watkins, Blake Watkins, Shayne Purvis.
 Honorary pallbearers were Bobby Bevill, officers and employees of Ameris Bank, St.
St. Marys, officers and employees of CBC National Bank, Fernandina Beach, off
officers and employees of Cumberland National  Bank, St. Marys and Dale Hoy
Hoyleman.
 Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
