 Sara Welch, 53, of Nashville, died April 18, 2014, at the Medical Center of 
Central Georgia in Macon.
 She was born October 31, 1960, in Decatur County to the late J.C. and Erodis 
Burkhalter King. She was a homemaker and was employed with 3 Guys Shell. She was 
a member of Alapaha Community Church of God.
 She is survived by her husband, Johnny Welch of Nashville; daughter, Sara Jean 
Busby of Nashville; two sons, Jason King and Johnny Welch, Jr., both of 
Nashville; four sisters, Virginia Morris and Delores Ritter, both of Bainbridge, 
Katie Connell and Joyce Thompson, both of Nashville; two brothers, Willie 
Sampson of Perry, FL and Jesse King of Nashville; six grandchildren.
 Funeral services will be held April 23 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Kicklighter officiating. Visitation is April 
23 from 9 a.m. until hour of service. 
 Interment will follow in Nashville Memorial Gardens.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
