Born July 1, 1934 in Colquitt County to the late John and Myrtle Wilder, he lived in Ocala, FL most of his life. He was a retired truck driver and served with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Lillian Inez Noles Wilder of Nashville; one son and daughter in law, Randy and Lisa Wilder of Piggot, AK; one stepson and stepdaughter-in-law, Tommy and Dana Tyson of Alapaha; one stepdaughter, Marquetta Tinsley of Jefferson, IN; one sister, Shirley Conan of Ocala; two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Floyd Wilder. The family honored his request for cremation. A memorial service was held June 26 at 10 a.m. at Long Bridge Church Cemetery with Lucy Gaither officiating. Boone-Lipsey Funeral Home of Adel was in charge of arrangements.
