 Carolyn Jeanelle Williams, 69, of Douglas died Feb. 14, 2011, at her residence.
 Born July 24, 1941, in Berrien County to the late James and Mattie Ruth Barber 
Grantham, she was a homemaker and member of Douglas Gospel Assembly. She was 
preceded in death by two daughters, Linda Ann Woodward and Tracy Lynn Bell; 
brother Kenneth Grantham; stepfather, Robert Bartman.
 Survivors include her husband, James W. “Jim” Williams of Douglas; seven 
daughters, Dixie Woodward Bebee, Franklin, NC, Tonyia Vickery, Bradenton, FL, 
Tia Bauman and Toshia Lee Williams both of Umatilla, FL, Tina Miller, 
Fruitland, Park, FL; sons, Robert Donald Woodward, Douglas, Jerry (Michelle) 
Norton, Rome; 13 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; sister, Rose Amelia 
(Phil) Philbrick, Haines City, FL; mother-in-law, Eleanor Williams Regan, Bluff 
City, TN; brother-in-law, Jerry Williams, Paisley, FL.
 Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Feb. 18 in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Peacock officiating. Allen and Royce Peacock 
sang “Suppertime,” and songs on CD included “This World is Not My Home,” “We 
Shall See His Face,” “Sweet Beulah Land,” “Go Down Earth,” “Higher Ground,” and 
and “Rock of Ages Hide Me Again,”
 Interment was in Vickers Cemetery.
 Pallbearers were Flynt Powell, Ramon Peacock, Victor Peacock, Bobby Philbrick, 
David Philbrick, Derek Alford.
 Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
